1) How do I complete my payment?
Once you have clicked on the products, you will be navigated to payment page. After you have clicked purchase/subscribe button, fill in the necessary details and complete payment for your device.
2) How do I complete the contract?
Open the contract in Adobe, fill in the required information and sign the document before sending it info@littlesparrowstech.com.
3) When will I receive my device?
Our team will co-ordinate with you on the device delivery once contracts and payment is complete.
4) How can I order disposables?
The bili-hut™ package comes with starter disposables to immediately start with treatment. If you wish to order additional disposables click here or reach out to our sales team.
5) What is the warranty for bili-hut™?
All bili-hut™ devices come with a limited 3 year warranty.
6) What happens at the end of lease?
You gain ownership of bili-hut™.
7) What to do when device is not functioning properly?
Stop treatment immediately; assess if all wires are plugged in correctly, restart the device. Please refer to the instructions for use guide book for troubleshooting the problem. If the problem persists, reach out to us for further resolution.
